Sleep Well—Your Records are Safe with IRM
At Idaho Records Management, we go to great lengths to protect your information. Our facility is alarmed and under 24-hour surveillance. All records are kept behind security-coded, key-padded doors. On top of all this, IRM doesn’t grant access to anyone without an escort.
Idaho Records Management’s Vault
Our media and sensitive record vault is made of reinforced, filled cell concrete masonry. Its ceiling is reinforced with twin pre-stressed concrete tees. We keep the vault’s temperature at 70° and its humidity at 50% to ensure that your materials don’t get damaged. Both temperature and humidity are tracked and tied to an alarm system, which warns us immediately of any change.
IRM’s vault is also equipped with a cutting-edge fire protection system. It features photoelectric and ionization detectors for smoke, heat and particles. Also, it utilizes a combination of extinguishing agents and a map-dry chemical. To further ensure the safety of your media, a secondary system employs dual fire suppression as a backup.
Conference Room and Self Storage
IRM’s facility includes a conference room, as well. Clients are welcome to reserve this space for onsite research projects.
We also maintain a Self Storage building. This self-contained facility is located within the perimeter of the IRM compound. Like our vault, it features:
- All-access doors with security keypads
- 24-hour surveillance and alarm system
- Climate-controlled interior and storage units
