Sleep well, your records are secure. The Idaho Records Management facility is alarmed and under 24 hour surveillance. All records are held behind security coded, key padded doors. No entry is granted without an IRM escort. The media and sensitive record vault is constructed of reinforced, filled cell concrete masonry. The ceiling is reinforced with twin pre-stressed concrete tees. The temperature of 70 degrees and humidity of 50% are tracked and tied to an alarm system which warns of any variance. The vault fire protection system utilizes the latest technology with photoelectric and ionization detectors for smoke, heat, and particles. The system utilizes a combination of extinguishing agents and a map dry chemical. A secondary system employs back-up dual fire suppression. The office structure includes a conference room available to clients for on-site research projects. The Self Storage building is a self contained facility within the perimeter of the IRM compound. All access doors are security key padded and there is a 24 hour surveillance and alarm system for security. The building interior and all storage units are climate controlled.
